seosorted.ai provides AI-powered SEO tools, including site audits, keyword research, content generation, analytics, and publishing integrations. We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

3. Accounts and workspaces

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and workspace.
• Workspaces are multi-tenant; you must only grant access to people authorized to view that workspace's data.
• You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not:

• Violate any applicable law or the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
• Generate or publish content that is unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harmful.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other workspaces, or related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service except as expressly permitted.
• Use the Service to build a competing product.

5. AI-generated content

The Service uses AI to generate content and recommendations. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete, and you are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying it before relying on or publishing it. You are solely responsible for content you publish through the Service and for ensuring it complies with applicable laws and third-party terms.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the data and content you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and use it solely to provide and improve the Service for you. You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit your content.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, seosorted.ai will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
